When I began freelance photography in 2007, I remember proclaiming that I would “never do weddings!”

Then I began making money at photography – and realized that Wedding Photography was a lot of fun!

It was also a good way of generating revenue while starting my business.  In 2008, while I was still a freelance photographer for the local newspapers,  I would photograph hockey games and community events on weekdays, and on the occassional weekend, I would spend time with couples as they planned and carried out their special day.  This was a great start to the foundation of the opening and registering of my business in 2009.

Wedding Photography is fun, that I can attest to. It can be long and arduous, especially on a really hot day (pack a good handkerchief). However, it is always a really great feeling to know that I have captured wonderful timeless moments of love that people have worked so hard to accomplish together.
