We met with Baby Ethan and his family this month – for Ethan’s first official photo shoot!  The little guy slept for the majority of the shoot, but when he awoke, he was such a good sport for the camera!  Our shoot was fantastic, and the photos of him are superb!

Thanks to Ethan and his wonderful family for having us to their home to capture these magical moments!

Congratulations to our wonderful friends Lisa and Brad, on the birth of their beautiful baby boy Hayden!   Earlier this month, I visited the Happy Couple at their home, for their requested newborn photo shoot – and what a special afternoon it was!  Hayden responded so well to my camera, and gave some really awesome & timeless expressions!  Absolutely adorable!!

It was just wonderful to see Lisa and Brad again as we had already worked together previously on their Engagement Shoot, as well as their recent Wedding!

On Mother’s Day, we were invited to photograph the very lovely & most memorable baptism of newborn Antonio – which took place at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Niagara Falls.  We have known little Antonio’s family for quite some time, so it was very wonderful to have  and a huge honour to have been a part of this very special day.  Following the ceremony, we joined in with the family celebration for a fantastic get-together and incredible mid-afternoon luncheon at Four Brother’s Restaurant.

We visited our very wonderful friends Tanya & Steve in March, as they had requested a newborn photo shoot with their beautiful newborn baby girl Ewalina – who was born on Leap Day this Year!

It was fantastic to have met Ewalina within the first week of her being born, and the photo shoot was great fun!  We had previously photographed the Wedding of our friends Tanya and Steve, as well as their Maternity Photo Shoot – so it was extra-special to be there to capture the magic of Ewalina’s “First Photo Shoot”!

In the true spirit of Family Day – we welcome our very wonderful friends and clients – Tanya & Steve who we have recently visited for a pregnancy/maternity photo shoot!  The happy couple were just married this past August 27th, 2011 – and we had previously done quite a bit of work with Steve, as he is a musician for the bands “Groovy Food” and “The Permtones“.  We’ve become quite good friends with Steve and Tanya, and we were very happy to have returned to photograph more moments of their magically fun lives!

The couple had invited us to their lovely home, and we found it to be a really fun setting for their maternity photo shoot.  The shoot wouldn’t have been complete without the collection of wide-eyed owls, the fresh sour dough bread from the market, the incredible homemade guacamole dip,  and of course the ultra-memorable fun love between Tanya & Steve as they prepare for the soon-arrival of their baby….and the shoot became that much more amazing when Steve brought out the Banjo and the Mandolin for a little duet!

A big congratulations to our fantastic friends, and a big thank you for having us capture the beginnings to their beautiful new family.

Larissa & Peter visited us last week for a fun-filled maternity photo shoot!  Larissa was due within just a few days of the shoot, but the happy couple really wanted to have some pre-birth memories!

We met at our home-studio location – where we worked with a few different backgrounds and settings for some really amazing maternity moments.

As an update – Congratulations to our friends Larissa & Peter as they welcomed their newborn son Eli on January 31, 2012!!

Here are the maternity highlights:

We had a wonderful pleasure and opportunity to meet four-month old Mateo Owen and his mom at their home on Boxing Day – December 26, 2011.  It was fantastic to have shared so many wonderful moments with the young family, and especially right at Christmas!

We came up with some really fun sets & backgrounds that Mateo Owen enjoyed so very much throughout the entire photo shoot – we all had such a fantastic time capturing some magical & fun moments of family, life & love.

Baby Maisey McLaughlin was 8lb 7oz when she was born on August 25, 2011 – and she was 5 days old when we were invited by her very proud parents – our wonderful  friends Abby & Tom McLaughlin – to stop over for a visit and for a few newborn portraits.

We wanted some relaxed portraits of Maisey moments with her father in the nursery – and here are the highlights!

This past week, my friends Josh & Lindsay Mills invited me over for a visit with their two week old son Jackson Arthur – and what a cute baby he is!   As I always have my camera on me, I grabbed a few photo moments of the little guy and his mom.

Here are some of the highlights:

We met again with Erica & Preston MacDonald – this time we visited the family at their home, to photograph  their newborn baby girl Tatum!  The beautiful baby was only 4 Days old when we photographed her and her proud parents on  May 16.

It was such a wonderful feeling to be capturing some of Baby Tatum’s first moments – thanks again to the MacDonald’s for their wonderful hospitality – and thanks to Tatum for these incredible photos of a new life!

We finally met the adorable Baby Spencer last week at the Studio! Thanks to Louise, Rob, and Spencer for the fun afternoon! Here are the amazing highlights:

The MacDonald’s stopped into our studio this past week for a Maternity Session!  The couple are expecting their first child very shortly, and wanted to capture some moments prior to the baby being born – and we did just that!  They had also requested for some “simple, classy, but sexy Maternity-Boudoir” photos to add to their collection, and have allowed us to showcase them in online portfolio.
